Pre-design phase where we are introduced to the project, establish our client’s aesthetic and vision. Most importantly during this phase we will help refining the project scope and establish a preliminary programming and budget.
The first phase of design and It is overall the fun part for the clients. Akruthi's basic goal is to propose an aesthetic direction based on sketches and/or other images, some design elements such as samples and finishes, and a budget estimate overview for approval.
Akruthi will work closely with the client and the design team to select and specify the best materials and finishes and materials required to execute the Project. We shall refine plan specifications for furniture layout and color schemes and any other plan documents that describe the size and character of the Project. We will further refine the budget estimate based on anticipated Project costs of all items selected.
Upon the client’s approval of the final presentation and design proposals, which is within the established budget. Akruthi will manage the full procurement process. During this phase Akruthi will produce and review shop drawings and samples for approval of all the items. We will provide to the client accurate timeline and dates for deliveries.
